Retail Regional Manager

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is looking for a performance driven individual, who has a passion for driving sales goals, achieving targets and creating highly engaged, effective teams with experience managing multiple retail locations, to join our remote team
Reporting to the Director of Retail, the **Regional Manager **is responsible for the overall success of multiple retail locations through providing oversight, direction, feedback and coaching to Store Leaders within their region to execute processes effectively, achieve store results and deliver outstanding client experiences. The Regional Manager role is also accountable to develop strong cross functional relationships within their region with other Directors and Managers across H&B.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Uphold the Hillberg & Berk culture and create an environment that is committed to exceeding client’s expectations.
- Lead the overall success of the retail locations in your region, achieving regional budgets and performance metrics by managing and coaching the store leadership team.
- Support brand awareness and market building in your region
- Lead the communication of business strategy and expectations to retail locations ensuring information and decision items are cascaded and understood by all team members.
- Build a best-practice team through training, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
- Conduct quarterly in person store visits and monthly virtual visits, ensuring teams execute processes effectively and achieve store results
- Champion and execute exceptional client experience that focuses on building client relationships in alignment with our brand, values, and all client policies through the coaching and management of Store Leaders and teams.
- Actively coach and manage the performance of the Store Leaders to create a highly engaged, results focused environment, where teams are able to reach their performance potential.
- Ensure achievement of store KPI’s through managing and coaching Store Leaders and teams to create a culture of high performance and accountability.

**Education & Qualifications**
Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience including a background in both retail and team leadership or a combination of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Proficiency in planning, analysis, reporting, team building, employee coaching and feedback and have experience with Microsoft Suite, Shopify and Fulfil.
Travel required
