**Description Du Poste**:

- Offrir du soutien pour la formation à distance et sur place des systèmes et des services de HHSL à tous les nouveaux marchands et à leur personnel.
- Être un expert en la matière dans tout ce qui a attrait au contenu de formation, aux systèmes, aux services et aux programmes d’entreprise de HHSL.
- Aider le directeur régional et les équipes des ventes sur le terrain (directeurs régionaux des opérations et des ventes au détail) à réaliser des projets spéciaux en magasin, par exemple la mise en place d’un nouveau magasin, le guide de données, la formation recommandée sur les rapports d’inventaire, la configuration des présentoirs, la mise en place du marchandisage et les initiatives de gestion des catégories.
- Participer à diverses activités de formation et de développement, à des événements de déploiement de programmes et à la collaboration entre pairs.
- Exécuter des listes de vérification des opérations en magasin, au besoin.
- Participer et contribuer à toutes les réunions obligatoires des marchands et d’équipe structurées sur le rendement.
- Aider le directeur régional ou le directeur des opérations et ventes au détail à confirmer que les conditions de la demande ont été remplies. Aider au suivi et au soutien, au besoin.
- Soutenir tous les objectifs de l’entreprise.

**Exigences**:

- Un minimum de trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la formation ou de la facilitation dans le secteur du commerce de détail ou de la quincaillerie.
- Compréhension solide des activités et des concepts de la vente au détail et du service à la clientèle.
- Expérience dans le domaine de la rénovation domiciliaire ou du bois d’œuvre est un atout, avec de solides compétences et aptitudes en marchandisage au détail.
- Compétences en gestion de projet, pouvant gérer de façon polyvalente une variété de projets.
- Un excellent facilitateur capable d’enseigner, d’encadrer et de faciliter les présentations de haut niveau.
- Capacité d’analyser les données et les rapports financiers pour repérer les occasions de croissance ou d’amélioration au sein d’une unité commerciale.
- Bilinguisme parfait en anglais et en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a
**Retail Execution Specialist** to join our Retail Operations team. Reporting to the Regional Director, Retail Operations, you will be responsible for the successful on-boarding of all new Dealer-Owners and for assisting the field sales teams by providing on-going development and training to Dealers and their staff.
- **Please note this role requires extensive travel throughout Quebec, and occasionally other provinces.**

- Support with remote and on-site training of HHSL systems and services for all new Dealers and their staff.
- Assist Regional Director and Field Sales teams (Retail Sales and Operations Managers) with special store projects i.e., new store set-up, data guide, recommended inventory report training, fixture set-up, merchandising set-up, and category management initiatives.
- Participate in various training and development activities, program roll-out events, and peer collaboration.
- Execute in store operational checklists as required.
- Participate, attend, and contribute to all required Dealer peer and performance team meetings.
