**Salary is commensurate with education and qualifications.**

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient
- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

**Position Overview**:
**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the following areas:

- providing software related technical support within a medium to large business environment.
- enterprise class computing environments, wide-area and/or local-area networks.
- Experience in service delivery using Best Practices, such as ITIL processes, is preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated access management workflows would be considered an asset.

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Undergraduate degree and/or diploma in Computer Science/Computer Analyst program from a recognized university or community college, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience supporting customers in an IT environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Knowledge of ITSM Service Request tracking/work order management software tools.
- Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan work, establish priorities and adapt these plans and priorities in the face of unpredictable software and hardware challenges.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Proven effectiveness in high stress environments.
- Extensive use of phone and PC is required.
