Have a valid food handler’s certificate.
- Have experience in the food industry and work efficiently in a kitchen.
- This person is responsible for managing all people working underneath you on our shift.
- Is responsible for making all dressings and sauces for this section using the recipes and guidance given by chef.
- Must make sure house cut chips and fries are cut one day in advance of when needed.
- Must ensure all product is rotated on a FIFO basis to ensure product is used properly.
- Responsible for rinsing and spinning greens for service.
- Must pull product the day before it’s needed to ensure product is ready for service.
- Must complete the daily checklist thoroughly for this section as well as do any cleaning needed to do on the daily cleaning checklist.
- Knowledge of the items on the menu that come off this section is a must.
- Proper seasoning of salads and proteins in also a must.
- Must clean, sanitize and restock the line before going home at the end of their shift.
- Must help organize and set up functions happening during your shift.
- Take initiative by learning and asking questions about the grill, pasta/veg sections as well as functions.
- This person must be a team player that is willing to help out in other areas of the kitchen.
- This person is responsible for completing any other jobs asked to be completed by the individuals that they report to.
- Must help with checking and putting away all incoming orders on a daily basis.
- Is responsible for being creative and coming up with a daily staff meal feature that is cost effective, and uses up left over product.
- Is responsible for making sure the daily fridge temp logs are recorded, and must notify a supervisor or maintenance person ASAP if needed.
- Is responsible for accommodating and cooking specialty orders for members whenever asked. Example; dietary restrictions, food allergies dislikes, intolerances.
- Must sign off on this job description with the knowledge that they will be held accountable for the items on this list.

**Salary**: $16.28-$17.93 per hour
