Campground Office Attendant

**Job title: Campground Office Attendant**

**Job type**: Full-time seasonal/ contract position (June 1, 2023 - September 4, 2023)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and return messages for both Wilson’s Beach Campground and Burbank Hall and Campground
- Provide guests with information on our policies, campground rules and regulations, reservation queries and other general questions
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the office.
- Check in guests using Campspot and issue parking passes, go over rules and accept payments as necessary
- Monitor interior campground gate and allow easy entry to seasonal campers with valid seasonal camping passes
- Clean shower house and washrooms
- Sales of store items including: chips, candy, pop, ice cream etc.
- Inventory of store items and stock monitoring to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
- Paddle board rentals, waiver forms and payment acceptance
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist in collecting content, pictures etc. for social media posts as requested from the Campground Manager
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems and programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to critically think and problem solve
- Professionalism and dependability

**Work Hours**:
June: Thursdays to Sundays 11am to 7pm

July and August: Wednesdays to Sundays 11am to 7pm
