**Who Are We Looking For?** We are looking for an energetic and creative Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team.

As a Leasing Consultant, your role is to provide a superior customer service experience to our potential residents and members of our communities. You are responsible for leasing apartments and ensuring maximum occupancy and retention of residents.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and respond to phone inquiries
- Schedule showings both virtual and in person
- Meet and greet prospective clients for showings and complete guest cards
- Tour walk-ins, appointments, previous clients
- Close deals and complete the sales cycle with clients
- Follow up regularly with all previous clients
- Follow up regularly with all clients for paperwork
- Prepare lease documents and arrange lease signings
- Sign lease documents with new tenants, go through welcome package
- Coordinate utilities and set up new accounts with new tenants
- Confirm tenant insurance with incoming residents
- Track personal conversion
- Daily individual and team updates with feedback and support with supervisor
- Generate new traffic and offer new ideas for increasing rentals
- Report any issues regarding any suites or building issues noticed during a tour to supervisor
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis
- Provide feedback on rental rates, promotions and overall market conditions with a view to maximizing revenue at the property.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to update advertising and media channels, and promotional programs for all properties
- Encourage and promote virtual leasing and online customer service options (such as rentcafe and the KG app)
- Participate in team meetings as required
- Other duties as required
