Leasing Consultant role involves guiding prospective residents through the rental process, providing best-in-class customer service, and meeting monthly rental goals.

Minto, a leading developer since 1955, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma required, post-secondary education in sales or marketing an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Yardi an asset
  • Bilingualism an asset
  • Valid Driver's license and vehicle required
  • High energy, customer service focus, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to rental inquiries and guiding prospective residents through the rental process
  • Entering leads in CRM system and conducting comparison shops with local competitors
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly rental goals and promoting available Minto product
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, tours, and verifying suitability of applicants
  • Collaborating with property operations teams and marketing and revenue management teams
  • Providing timely and proactive feedback to management
