Sipology by Steeped Tea is a direct-selling company working to change the world, one sip at a time. We manufacture, blend, and distribute premium consumable wellness products and accessories through a network of thousands of Independent Consultants (Sipologists) across North America. We empower others to start their own business and enjoy the fruits of their labour by selling Sipology products directly to consumers.

As our new **Program & Training Specialist, **you will be responsible for the Success Start Program and for ensuring that new Sipologists have the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive in the early days of their new business.

The Program & Training Specialist will collect, analyze, and use data to recognize Sipologists' successes and provide guidance to new Sipologists in the field. This includes working with Independent Sipologists in the field, both one on one and with their teams, providing effective training, and helping new Sipologists navigate their first 90 days.

The Program & Training Specialist will also maintain leadership of the “central team”.

**We’ll look to you to**:

- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with Sipologists to meet and anticipate their business needs
- Demonstrate your success as a direct sales expert
- Understand and interpret data
- Show how to be effective on social media as a direct seller
- Teach how to leverage technology to grow a Sipologists business

**Specific Responsibilities**

90-Day Success Start
- Own the Success Start Program ensuring that all new Sipologists are adequately equipped to run their first party within 90 days, are fully integrated into the online community and are building confidence in their ability to run their business
- Coach new Sipologists to establish their annual and monthly goals and conduct monthly one on one conversations to help encourage, motivate, and keep Sipologists accountable to achieve their set objectives
- Conduct customized trainings monthly to support and encourage new Sipologists and provide them with the coaching tools and training to thrive in the community
- Organize, schedule, and lead weekly live success start training to keep new Sipologists engaged and progressing well through their first 90 day

Sipologist Recognition
- Organize, schedule, and execute monthly recognition events for all Sipologists in Success Start and the Central Team

Central Team Leadership
- Anticipate, intervene, and coach the central team and new Sipologists who are at risk of not reaching their goals
- Create and maintain regular reporting of Success Start and Central Team successes, challenges, and needs to the Consultant Success Manager
- Maintain push to Group Leader Facebook group for emerging leaders

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in sales, account management, client relations, or related field
- Strong knowledge of direct sales organizations and experience working with independent consultants at all levels
- Experience coaching and training individuals or small groups
- Strong self-driven time management skills
- Ability to work both independently within a team environment and collaboratively with diverse teams

This is a remote position with infrequent travel to office locations for meetings. May be required to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines. We offer an attractive total compensation plan, with comprehensive group benefits and vacation.
