**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to support effective cash management and decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 10 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
