**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and committed to exceeding goals.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset).
- Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Proficient in basic PC computer operations.
- Flexibility to work days and/or evenings.
- HVAC experience is ideal, but is not required.

**Your Role as a Home Comfort Advisor**:

- Engage new, current, and previous customers, offering tailored solutions for their home comfort needs.
- Assist homeowners in saving money on utilities and future repairs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and build a referral base.
- Achieve sales goals at or above quota revenues.

**Location**:
We are located downtown in the financial district. One minute walk to Union Station and accessible via the PATH. This is an on-site role with possible future potential to work remotely for a portion of the week.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
