**YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT**

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting store leaders in its respective area in order to contribute to HR operational excellence while ensuring business performance.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Coach managers in HR management (performance, behaviors, conflicts, training, etc.)
- Play an integral part within the store management teams, having credibility and business knowledge to be consulted and actively contribute to overall business decisions
- Develop and foster relationships with managers to ensure that all employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management and development initiatives are supporting the stores business strategy
- Provide guidance for labor relations and responsible for writing discipline letters
- Provides support to employees/managers with short and long term disability processes, liaising with our suppliers as needed.
- Act as a change agent in a context of sustained growth - be a culture ambassador
- Train, implement and deploy programs, initiatives and company policies
- Provide support on different HRIS and processes
- Assist the stores the recruitment (post positions, screen resumes) and ensure offers are aligned with the policies
- Manage the job changes (promotion, termination, data change etc.) by preparing the documentation for the employees records and by approving the requests in Workday
- Ensure engaging onboarding processes are followed and good employee experience is provided to employees by being a point of contact to all employees under its area of responsibility
- Contribute to the annual merit and bonus processes and other financial planning activities

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or other related fields
- Min of 2-4 years of experience in a HRBP role preferably in the retail, distribution industry or multi-Sites
- Fluently bilingual written and oral is mandatory
- Solid business acumen and ability to determine long term value
- Ability to work independently
- Capable of working in a fast
- pace environment.
- Solid consulting experience and analytical skills; focused on results
- Good understanding of provincial laws and regulations governing the management of HR
- Ability to deal with confidential issues in a sensitive, efficient, and professional manner
- **Be available to travel 35% of the time**:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Is adept at mediation and managing conflict
- Gives sense of immediate trust and credibility-uncompromising integrity
- Motivated and passionate about working with people and overcoming challenges through collaboration
