Hospitality Supervisor

**We are currently seeking a full-time **Hospitality Supervisor** focused on leading teams to achieve on higher guest satisfaction, stronger accountability around service, more consistent guest experiences, and improved team member skills and performance.**
Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the duties and responsibilities of the Hospitality Supervisor include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serves as expert for hospitality and service;
- Sets departmental hospitality goals and share the scores visually with the team, celebrate the wins;
- Develops a monthly hospitality plan for approval by the leadership team, implements plan to drive guest satisfaction, accountability and provide consistent experiences for guests;
- Monitors and reviews service processes with the leadership team monthly;
- Identifies and introduces signature service offerings and enhancements in each of the main departments including the drive thru, quality, back of house, catering, and training;
- Recognizes and celebrates team member’s successes in delivering hospitality and excellent service;
- Collaborates with area Supervisors to align on the hospitality vision;
- Provides on-going coaching for team members daily on best hospitality practices;
- Creates daily focus on goals and specific hospitality behaviours;
- Oversees guest experience metrics (OSAT, ACE, Cleanliness, Accuracy, Taste);
- Conducts comprehensive hospitality training and support, including the Guest Recovery model, provides re-calibration for any team member or leader entering a new position;
- Manages guest feedback and oversees all cares reports;
- Partners with the Marketing Director to ensure marketing activities, catering, and events align with the hospitality vision; and
- Maintains cleanliness standards in the dining area, front counter and washrooms.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler Cerfiticate or a willingness to obtain
- Demonstrates a sincere desire to serve others;

- Ability to stand for long periods of time, with the ability to manage repetitive motions and actions throughout shifts such as bending, lifting items, walking;

- Punctual, dependable, exhibits sound judgement;
- Passionate about nurturing the guest experience, building professional guest relationships and empathizes with diverse guest needs;
- Maintains impeccable hygiene and professional in appearance at all times; and
- Teachable and open to embracing new ideas or change.
