Job Title: Supervisor - Valet Services

Work Location: London, ON (In person)

Eminent Valet, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our successful team. Eminent Valet has built a reputation for success becoming one of the country's largest Valet service providers that takes pride in operating in major cities across Canada.

The Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our valet services. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of valet attendants, ensuring efficient traffic flow, maintaining high service standards, and addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of valet attendants to ensure smooth operation of valet parking services.
- Train and mentor valet attendants, providing guidance on best practices and customer service excellence.
- Monitor traffic flow and parking areas to optimize efficiency and minimize congestion.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked, ensuring proper key management procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements and enhance service quality.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on operational activities, including revenue collection and staffing levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
