**About the role**

**Manager, Account Payable and Receivable - Job Profile Summary**

Provides leadership to the Accounts Receivable Team, focusing on the management of employees. Responsible for the performance and results of the team. Participates in setting priorities and in planning appropriate objectives and operational efficiencies to meet or exceed the goals set by senior management and Facility Association. Oversees premium collection, identify processes critical to accounts receivable, define and review service standards, targets, measurements, and reporting requirements. Monitor processes and evaluate results to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop, revise, and implement operational policies and procedures. Respond to and resolve operational issues/problems to achieve overall organizational goals. Ensure compliance with Company policies and government regulations.

We’re looking for a Manager, Account Payable and Receivable, to join our growing team

**What you’ll do here**:

- Work directly and collaboratively with the current AR manager as well as the entire Nordic leadership team.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure monthly reporting deliverables and timelines are achieved.
- Manage and develop a team of Account Representatives by providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback and actively participating in talent management discussions.
- Develop methods to inspire and build a highly effective and engaged team.
- Monitor results, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop and execute action plans to close gaps.
- Identify key regional initiatives with added value and be responsible for their implementation and results.
- Create tools, as needed, for management to monitor the objectives targeted by the key initiatives so that results can be closely monitored throughout the various stages of implementation.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvement opportunities which will optimize operating efficiencies and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with the different sectors of the company to ensure the success of the key regional initiatives.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum College diploma required or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Previous experience managing high performing teams management.
- Knowledge of Nordic accounting and collection processes.
- Knowledge of Facility Association regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills.
- Must be detail and results oriented.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in a variety of PC Software, especially in Excel
