- Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Field Operations Associate with a passion for leading teams and learning more about the construction and elevator business.- Essential Responsibilities- Assist supervisors with directing, supervising and leading the performance of the field operations team as required
- Assist with ordering parts as applicable
- Coordinate various reports for compliance, data analytics and project management
- Develop an understanding of and assist in maintaining our safety program
- Support scheduling & route control for local field operations
- Perform site field visits alongside superintendents
- Assist new equipment team with contract writing and construction process duties that include managing billing, consultant and contractors’ payments, processing RFIs and optimizing change order opportunities, as well as maximizing project cash coverage
- Education / Certifications- A University Degree in Engineering, or related technical program, is required
- Basic Qualifications- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and good decision-making skills with strong time management and organizational skills
