Alquinn Homes is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to add to our team.
Job overview:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will oversee all daily operations in the Spruce Grove sales center. You will be responsible for greeting guests, and effectively managing the sales process from first point of contact up to possession date. You will be responsible to build and maintain a strong working relationship with each and every client, and provide the utmost level of customer service for the client’s home buying experience.
You will primarily work in a showhome during regular showhome business hours, which include evenings and weekends. Travel to construction sites, other communities, other showhomes, and Alquinn head office for meetings is required on a frequent basis. Travel within and outside of Edmonton to surrounding areas may be required
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage bi-weekly updates for homes under construction (with appropriate photographs) for pre-sale clients
- Book necessary client meetings
- Organize files and ensure necessary marketing materials are up to date and available on hand
- Keep your showhome clean and organized, tidying and cleaning when necessary
- Plan and attend Showhome Events when required
- Attend all necessary Sales Meetings
- Keep current area inventory job signs up to date
- Creatively come up with new ways to generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 year's proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
