Fleet Sales Manager

Zender Ford currently has an exciting opportunity; we are looking to hire an experienced Fleet/Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager.
- Have a good understanding of market price drivers & inventory control
- Self-Motivated, Self-Starter, Adaptable with strong organizational skills
- Maintain a polished & professional presentation
- Computer & Social Media Savvy; Able to navigate software, apps & Microsoft 365 Programs
- Safety Focused
- Minimum 5 years Automotive Sales Management experience
- Valid AMVIC License
- Clean Drivers abstract with minimum Class 5 Drivers Licence required, Class 3 with Air Endorsement or above considered preferred.
- Ford Experience Preferred
- Fleet Experience a must
The role
- Work with the General Sales Manager to maintain an adequate commercial vehicle inventory (60 days supply) through dealership allocation & use of authorized pool account inventories.
- Ensures commercial vehicles are prominently displayed for drive-by or walk-in traffic.
- Meets on a regular basis with dealership management to discuss current & long-term commercial inventory opportunities.
- Plans & executes prospecting/sales activities for commercial sales, including submissions on Request for Proposal Opportunities
- Conducts consultative interviews with customers to identify needs, vehicle usage requirements & preferences along with responding to customer concerns.
- Establishes knowledge base regarding all products, services, customer profiles, & competitive automotive makes & models.
- Establishes knowledge base of commercial upfits to assist customers with vehicle purchase.
- Ensures a high-quality, effective & professional buying experience for customers
- Works with all team members in the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensures all sales are reported accurately on a timely basis.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
