Le ministère du développement social recherche une personne pour rejoindre l'équipe du bureau central chargée de la stratégie et des services consultatifs, en tant que spécialiste du changement.

En tant que membre de l'équipe de la stratégie et des services, la personne sera principalement chargé d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans de gestion du changement pour les projets de grande envergure. La personne retenue sera chargée de faciliter la transformation par une collaboration active avec toutes les parties prenantes clés et en travaillant étroitement avec tous les spécialistes, tels que les gestionnaires de projet, les ceintures noires, les membres de la haute direction et les cadres. Elle travaillera dans le but de favoriser une adoption plus rapide, une utilisation finale accrue et un niveau de connaissance plus élevé des changements qui touchent le personnel et les autres groupes de parties prenantes clés. Cette personne élaborera des plans de transition pour aborder les changements aux processus opérationnels, aux systèmes et à la technologie, aux fonctions, ainsi qu'aux structures opérationnelles.

Elle sera appelée à planifier et faciliter la participation des parties prenantes et les séances de consultation, à élaborer des plans de communication et de formation, ainsi qu'à offrir un encadrement pour minimiser la résistance au changement.

**QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIELLES **:Un diplôme d'études postsecondaires et un minimum de cinq années d'expérience comportant des responsabilités croissantes en direction et en gestion de changements organisationnels, y compris quatre années de succès démontré dans l'élaboration et l'exécution de plans de communication et de changement pour les projets de changements transformationnels.
- Une certification en gestion du changement de Prosci ou de toute autre organisation reconnue, y compris le cadre de gestion du changement du GNB proposé par le ministère des Finances et le Conseil du Trésor.
- Une expérience dans la préparation d'exposés et dans la présentation à divers auditoires.
- Une maîtrise des logiciels MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

L'équivalent en éducation, en formation et en expérience pourrait être considéré.

**La connaissance de l'anglais et du français parlés et écrits est nécessaire. Veuillez indiquer votre capacité linguistique.**
