Store Technical Services Team Lead

As an In-Store Services Team Lead, you will provide work direction and performs advanced technical support functions for assembly/configuration on hardware and software products, resolving complex technical issues for Geek Squad Agents as required. Support achievement of overall organization, Company, District, Store sales and operational goals by assisting in the development, direction and mentoring of Agents. Demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism in dealing with clients. Work together with leadership, support and implement targeted sales, operational, and service strategies designed to deliver client satisfaction.
- Maximize long term relationships with our customers through the implementation of Best Buy Programs, ensure that we are "amazing" when responding to customer concerns, that we escalate issues to management when it is required, and that we contact every customer.
- Ensure that you are taking an active role in your team’s career development and training, that you create an engaging and supportive work environment that encourages BBY's values and promotes and develops behaviors that help your team and the store succeed.
- Monitor the Customer Service Index and ensure that we are using the results to recognize and reinforce employee behaviors that align with BBY values, and that we are actively coaching our team on ways to maximize longer term relationships with our customers.- A+ Certification- To Lead, develop, & inspires others in delivering a great customer experience- To inspire and support their team to develop and grow their career- 1 to 2 years’ experience leading a retail team
