**Office Administrator**
PRINTMATE GRAPHICS LTD. A Brantford, Ontario based large format screen and digital print company is currently seeking an experienced **Office Administrator / Bookeeper,** responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of responsibilities in our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Payroll
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets & income statements.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Month Ends and HST filings
- Employee benefits administration
- Document filing
- Telephone reception
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years previous book keeping experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Expertise in Sage Simply Accounting software
- Working knowledge and understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
