With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our **Ontario Hyundai** location is looking for an experienced **Appointment Coordinator**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls (OBI) for service due/safety recalls/recommendations and special order part arrivals to maintain weekly expected quota
- Perform Service Advising - handle service related questions and concerns
- Advising clients on factory recommended maintenance and additional maintenance offerings
- Perform service cashier duties as required
- Monitor their service related KPI’s to ensure high level performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Book Loaners for customers
- Responsible for obtaining customer data prior to arrival refer to each customer’s service history to see if they have missed a service.
- Follow up on “no shows” daily
- Confirm next day appointments
- Schedule pick up and delivery appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by treating guests with courtesy and respect
- Performs other reception activities or clerical duties as assigned
- Ensure the Customer experience is as clear and informative as possible
- A track record of excellent performance, including revenue maximization and customer satisfaction
- Outstanding work ethic
- Graduation from high school
- 1-3 years of experience in a dealership or retail environment
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair an asset
- Knowledge of KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance
- Knowledge of automotive servicing methods an asset
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
- Ability to perform daily record keeping and reporting
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Ability to maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a service advisor

- Whitby, ON L1N 2K6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
