**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of...**:
**Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, leading to insights & recommendations to drive additional traffic and sales, improve the customer experience and provide deep analysis of key on-site topics**
- Lead analyses for a deeper understanding and overall optimization of eCommerce promotions.
- Lead analyses for conversion rate optimization and to improve traffic quality, converting visitors into shoppers and shoppers into buyers.
- Provide detailed analyses of the path to registration and path to purchase to improve the conversion funnel.
- Provide detailed analyses of merchandizing zones’ performance to refine understanding of winning combinations (menu/pages/section/placement/creative) and optimize the online “boutique”.
- Utilize multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
- Continuously track and optimize online media acquisition campaigns in partnership with the digital media team, and support that team and the media agency for a deeper understanding of traffic generated by media campaigns.
**Track key eCommerce KPIs for various stakeholders**
- Set up and maintain the monthly eCommerce dashboard and provide insights and recommendations for action plans and to define the on-going channel strategy.
- Ensure all eBusiness activities & KPIs are tracked and aligned with CRM team.
- Lead the creation of tracking plans for new website features.
- Produce regular reporting and periodic research into key consumer segments and digital product usage
- Setup & maintain daily monitoring of eCommerce KPIs to flag anomalies and adjust tactics in an agile manner.
- Ensure competitive tracking and benchmarking.
**Train and support the eCommerce team and Nespresso Canada’s relevant teams on the use and analysis of digital data**
- Provide training to eCommerce team members on Google Analytics and other digital tools.
- Support the various stakeholders in their use of these tools to make sure they have the autonomy to gather their own data when needed.
- Support and encourage team members in following HQ-led trainings of digital analytics tools and taking related certifications.
- Support the UX / production team in the strategy and analysis of A/B tests.
- Support the digital media team and agency in the adoption of website-related KPIs.
**Act as the go-to person for all eCommerce / digital data-management needs**
- Act as the SAP / HANA power user for the eCommerce team
- Liaise with the BI team for all in-depth report needs
- Collaborate with other departments to tie eCommerce data with other internal data sources.
- Support the digital media team with the technical aspect of digital data (pixel implementation, DMP implementation, etc).
**What will make you successful**:
- Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, etc) required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a digital analyst, working with web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics Premium.
- Advanced proficiency with PowerBI.
- Proficiency of A/B testing tools, Google Optimize is an asset.
- Knowledge of Google big query is an asset.
- Knowledge of UX design best practices.
- Experience working with digital marketing media data - DCM, Adwords, Facebook, etc.
- Knowledge of database analysis and structure, an asset.
- Experience in a multinational, cross channel environment, is an advantage.
- Analytical, rigorous, disciplined and proactive.
- Pragmatic and results oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Bilingual (English-French).
