**Job Summary**

The **E-commerce Coordinator** will contribute to the growth of eCommerce through supporting enhancement projects, maintenance of the website software as well as operational tasks. They will support the day to day responsibility around order management, and reporting to optimize user experience.

**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate & successfully deliver the enhancement roadmap, ongoing website development tickets, maintenance, and bug fixes;
- Handle daily project coordination with internal and external teams and systems;
- Share project planning & status reports with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
- Maintain documentation for current and future third-party implementations;
- Build relationships with vendor contacts to establish and leverage a network of technology expertise;
- Work with vendors and our internal IT department to establish ongoing system maintenance, testing, and security work streams including QA process for platform upgrades, bug fixes, and new web development;
- Control quality, test and ensure the effectiveness of all aspects of our website;
- Create appropriate documentation of procedures related to website activities;
- Partake in the day-to-day of order management; and reporting on KPIS.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to help resolve customer issues.
- Optimize the website and user experience.
- Analyze eCommerce data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the eCommerce team in operational tasks like: promo codes, seo, collection and promotion launches, merchandising, etc.
- other related tasks.

**What you’ll bring**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Computer Science or any relevant field;
**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Experience with system integrations;
- Experience with ERP system (an asset);
- Experience with CMS platform; Shopify+, Sharepoint; Klaviyo.
