NAPA is looking for a Specialist, Car Dealership._**

**_ UAP offers a range variety of benefits such as a complete insurance plan upon hiring, a pension fund, and much more_**

The Specialist Car Dealership is responsible for providing an unparalleled experience to their customers. He/she is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by implementing regional sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA parts and programs as well as PBEs to automotive dealership customers for our corporate and associate stores.

**_Specifically, the individual will:_**
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop plans to increase dealer sales ;
- Implement and support sales development plans;
- Work with sales and store managers to identify new sales opportunities, develop sales strategy and development plans to grow the dealership business ;
- Work with our key business partners and major accounts (CCAQ/AMVOQ)
- Gather market information and report service or product issues to store managers and sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

To join our team, you need:_**
- College or University degree or equivalent experience;
- Experience in the Automotive Parts industry (ideally with car dealerships);
- Minimum 5 years sales development experience;
- Bilingualism;
- Good computer literacy and abilities using Microsoft Office.
