**Role Description**
- Lead all testing efforts for our cloud-based MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Define, determine, and document testing methodologies and test strategies for the ERP project.
- Ensure all testing is planned, executed, and delivered in accordance with clients' best practices, and to our quality standards while meeting tight deadlines.
- Translate business, technical, and functional requirements into detailed test plans, test suites, and test cases, and execute test scenarios that would guarantee maximum coverage.
- Be an integral part of the project core team in providing data, functional, integration, and regression, testing.
- Proactively identify bugs, seek resolution, and maintain testing schedule.
- Track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test statuses.
- Ensure all identified risks from testing are escalated and mitigated appropriately.
- With hands-on testing, detect, isolate, reproduce, track defects, and verify fixes.
- Develop and execute test cases and test scripts for end-to-end system testing.
- Analyze test results and make confident decisions and recommendations.
- Efficiently execute system and user acceptance testing, document all testing results, and ensure that defects are recorded and tracked.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Must have knowledge or experience with**
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft GP or AX 2012
- Extensive functional knowledge in core Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Exposure to Field Service Apps
- Microsoft O365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Azure DevOps

**Preferred or desirable knowledge or experience with**
- Agile or Iterative delivery
- Oracle JDE
- Familiarity with financial concepts
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including: o MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
- MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years in QA role; with 3+ years as ERP consultant.
- **Proficient with ERP functional knowledge of modules like AP, AR, GL**:

- Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking, and self-organized skills
- Ability to learn multiple software programs.
- Great communication skills & and ability to work well independently or with others.
- Motivated and self-disciplined
- Able to legally work in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology discipline

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

- Mississauga, ON L5R 4B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
