Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the studio efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about after care and any and all services provided within the studio
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensure the front desk area and studio is clean, organized, and up to health code
- Maintain stock count and ensure the studio is stocked with supplies
- Reach daily sales goals and tasks

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as MacOs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Square POS
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling phone calls professionally

Note: This is a paid position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $16.83 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
