**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Stop and see ALL Businesses and Organizations assigned routes**:

- Offices / Office Buildings
- Restaurants
- Industrial Parks
- Retail Businesses

**Introduce the brand and explain our promotional products and services.**
- Build rapport with potential customers.
- Explain versatility of the brand.
- Introduce services provided.
- Bring back business cards and enter information as needed to quote potential jobs.
- Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
- Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes.
- Accurately fill in Fully Promoted Route Marketing Form/CRM
- Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
- Remarket areas every three months.
- Deliver quotes in a timely fashion, ideally within 24-48hrs
- Maintain an organized, clean and professional workspace appearance at all times.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager
- Other Duties as assigned by the Owner or owner’s representative.

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
