En tant que Conseiller en Solutions Corporatives chez Pandapay, votre responsabilité principale consistera à collaborer étroitement avec les entreprises pour améliorer leurs processus de paiement électronique, favorisant ainsi la croissance des revenus. **Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Identifier et qualifier des clients potentiels par le biais de différents canaux, notamment le réseautage, le démarchage, les appels à froid et la génération de références.
- Gérer correctement les opportunités de prospection dans le pipeline des ventes entrantes et sortantes dans le CRM.
- Suivre et rapporter les activités de vente quotidiennes, hebdomadaires, et mensuelles dans le CRM et d'autres outils pour compléter des rapports..
- Offrir des solutions de qualité et présenter les solutions de PandaPay en utilisant le processus de vente et la méthodologie de PandaPay dans un environnement téléphonique ou virtuel.
- Établir des relations mutuellement prospères avec les clients basées sur la confiance.
- Promouvoir la culture et la camaraderie organisationnelles par l'engagement et la proximité.
- Gérer les attentes et les relations avec les clients potentiels et existants.
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente, les indicateurs de performance critiques et les KPI.

**Expérience/compétences clés**
- 1+ années d'expérience dans la vente de l'espace des paiements, de préférence
- Expérience dans la vente de technologies/de plateformes de traitement des paiements, de points de vente (POS), d'autres ventes de canaux logiciels et/ou de solutions marchandes dans les marchés des paiements électroniques, de préférence.
- Expérience de paiement avec des grandes ISO, de préférence.
- Vente téléphonique B2B préférée.
- Capacité à gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente.
- Carnet d'adresses actuel de clients potentiels est un atout.
- Capacité à trouver des opportunités par soi-même grâce à une combinaison de prospection à froid et de réseautage.
- Habileté à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions.
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs tâches et de s'adapter aux changements rapides dans un environnement dynamique de traitement des paiements.
- Compétent avec les ordinateurs et les programmes, y compris les outils Microsoft et G Suite.
- Capacité à engager efficacement le public par téléphone, par courriel et lors d'interactions en personne.
- Excellentes compétences verbales, écrites, interpersonnelles, ainsi qu'avoir des qualités en présentation et à créer des relations
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français nécessaire.

As a Corporate Solutions Advisor at Pandapay, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with businesses to enhance their electronic payment processes, thereby fostering revenue growth. By leveraging a vast understanding of electronic payment systems, this role will involve delivering personalized guidance to clients and ensuring they are well-informed about the latest solutions available at PandaPay. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold canvassing, cold calling, and referral generation.
- Properly manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline prospect opportunities in CRM
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities in CRM and other reporting tools
- Deliver quality offerings and introduce PandaPay solutions using PandaPay sales process and methodology in a telephonic or virtual environment
- Form mutually prosperous relationships with clients based upon confidence and trust
- Promote culture and organizational camaraderie through engagement and proximity
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and integrity at all times
- Manage the expectations and relationships of potential and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets, critical drivers, and KPIs

**Key Experience/Skills**:

- 1+ years of payment space sales experience preferred
- Experience in payment processing technology/platform sales, point of sale (POS), other software channel sales and/or merchant solution sales in electronic payments markets preferred
