**Job Title**

Executive Assistant (12 month contract)

**What is the opportunity?**

You will act as a personal assistant to two Executives, providing support in the day-to-day management of the business. You will proactively create capacity by adapting effective workflow systems & processes in a self-managing environment. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring activities are organized and prioritized to maintain the Executives’ focus on implementation of strategies, processes and disciplines to achieve business objectives.

**Please Note**: This is a 12 month contract for applicants within commuting distance to the 88 Queen's Quay, Toronto location.

**What will you do?**
- Ensure Executives’ diary is effectively time managed to create capacity for all required activities
- Manage office routines and expenses, ensuring efficiency is maintained through availability of equipment and supplies, as well as effective management of files and records
- Check RBC net daily and advise Executives of pertinent developments on a prioritized basis
- Ensure Executives’ needs are proactively identified and required information/documents and presentation materials are prepared for them to complete duties
- Ensure routines for Executives are scheduled with direct reports, and other key stakeholder executives/contacts
- Schedule bi-weekly/weekly reviews, Performance Management reviews, annual competency reviews, and personal development discussions for all Executives’ direct reports

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, enthusiasm, energy and a sense of urgency
- Experienced in office procedures, highly accurate, detail oriented, productive and able to take initiative to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Professional telephone manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to leverage technical expertise in preparing documentation and presentations
- Commitment to completing a 12-month contract in this role

**Nice to Have**:

- Experienced in supporting two executives
- Minute taking and diary management skills
