As a Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient and effective operation of a warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team of warehouse staff. Your goal is to ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly, meet organizational objectives, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Implement inventory control systems to accurately track and manage warehouse stock.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.

Warehouse Operations:
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Optimize layout and space utilization within the warehouse.

Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Provide guidance and support to warehouse team members.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

Shipment Coordination:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Collaborate with logistics providers and carriers to optimize transportation routes.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Handle any shipment-related issues or delays, implementing corrective measures.

Safety and Quality Compliance:
Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and practices.

Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations.

Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety and quality.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall supply chain operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,699.14-$92,957.70 per year
