As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible to leadall material management flow, managing the entire material flow since goodsreceipt to finish products shipment, including point of use areas, internal andexternal storage places to ensure organization, timely deliveries, proper/safestorage, proper consumption and material backflushing, inventory accuracy, implementand maintain Kanban systems, VMI material, implement control/reorder point for lowcost materials aiming a smoothly material management operation.

- Lead warehouse teams, assessing resources and competences tobridge gap for optimized performance.
- Provide shop-floor work direction, coaching blue collarsemployees having a dynamic leadership to drive positive cultural change.
- Prioritize emergency needs while simultaneously managingstandard workflow expectations.
- Work closely with procurement team to secure materialavailability while driving Inventory reduction initiatives.
- Establish, measure, and drive departmental objectives forsafety, housekeeping, organization, and production workflow.
- Daily use of SAP system for all warehouse transactions (SAP).Work closely with Operational procurement and Production teams.
- Implement and maintain safety stock and MRP controls (ABCanalysis).
- Improve and deploy tools i.e. SAP, Inventory Control, KPIs andhave the flexibility to use and develop new methods of working within acontinually changing environment.
- Update and monitor Warehouse KPI’ to ensure required businesstargets are being achieved.
- Organize and supervise warehouse labor, equipment, and workforceto ensure departmental adherence to the daily routine/plan.
- Identify skill and shift requirements (warehouse) to fulfillproduction needs. Responsible for coordinating training, assessment, andsign-off workers for warehouse activities.
- Propose procedural improvements and maintain updated procedureand revisions.
- Analyze material requirements for production, manage materialinventories to ensure material and resources are consistent with productionschedules/demand.
- Develop and implement processes for materials delivery,including safety stock and kitting strategy.
- Address correct actions to avoid further shortages. Leadprocess improvements for quick turnaround (operational improvements)
**What You Bring**
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, problemsolving, quick execution, and team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellentinterpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook,Lean Management, Kanban, SharePoint.
- Experience with SAP (Material Management and planningmodules)
- +10 years of working experience in Supply Chain management, warehouse,and manufacturing planning leading operational and office personal.
- Strong analytical. Able to work under tight deadlines anddemonstrate flexibility in dealing with multiple objectives.
- Operational experience (Shop Floor/production/supply chainknowledge)
- Previous Operational Procurement experience is an asset.
