**Job Duties**:

- Understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair progress.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining questions.
- Verify completion of repairs using the Technician Checklist and inspect the vehicle.
- Inform customers of any unexpected incidents during repairs.
- Conduct necessary test drives to confirm issues or involve a technician.
- Ensure stringent quality control for all vehicles undergoing repair.
- Provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates in detail.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred.
- Service Advisor experience is not required but may be considered an asset. We are happy to train the right person
- The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and high level of organization
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Self-motivation with excellent work ethic.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.
