**Join Our Team as a Village Chrysler Parts Advisor**

Are you a passionate and experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge? Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. As an essential part of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our parts department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parts Expertise**: Assist customers and Technicians in selecting and ordering the correct parts for their Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, utilizing Chrysler's electronic parts catalog and other resources for accurate identification.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain precise inventory records and optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Receive and inspect incoming parts to ensure they meet quality standards, and properly label and store them.
- **Returns and Warranties**: Process parts warranties and returns in adherence to Village Chrysler policies while upholding customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationships**: Develop and nurture positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service skills.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Manager to facilitate a seamless repair process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in a Parts Advisor role, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Passion**: Genuine enthusiasm for Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and Jeep vehicles and a proven track record as a Parts Advisor.
- **Team Player**: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with Chrysler's electronic parts catalog and dealership management systems ( CDK preferred).

**Compensation**: Competitive salary starting from $50,000 per year.

**Location**: Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Ajax, ON before starting work.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
