You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

**You will**:

- Deliver sales growth according to company provided targets and JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
- Develop and achieve the sales business plan for the business by implementing the strategy, managing total trade spend by category, and achieving agreed shelf, distribution, and promotional targets.
- Leverage customer analytics to drive key business initiatives with thought leadership and superior customer service
- Work daily with cross-functional (Sales strategy, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, RGM, Finance, Field Sales ) teams to make your plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.
- Forecast, track and deliver against forecast by category
- Successful track record of growing revenue and market share
- Problem solving skills
- Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure and business practices
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities

**Education / Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business related fields is preferred

**Job Specific requirements**:

- This role will be based in Toronto and will be reporting to the Sr Key Account Manager - Team lead
- At least 8 years+ of experience within the Sales function with stints in Account Management, Sales Strategy or Insights
- Effective communication, negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers
- Proficient in gathering data and storytelling to deliver actionable insights.
- Extensive knowledge of category and/or Mondelēz portfolio preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong financial business acumen
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze revenue and consumption data to make business decisions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

**Travel requirements**:

- Occasional trips to Stellarton, Nova Scotia (10% of work schedule)

- Regular business hours (Monday to Friday) - Hybrid
