Product Development Coordinator

You will be responsible for:
- Reporting and Recording Data using Excel Spread Sheets and other available programs.
- Creates and develops recipe costings in conjunction with the Product Development Team.
- Assists in continuous review and maintains detailed, accurate cost worksheets.
- Reviews Recipe costings with SLT to ensure all data is correct for customer pricing.
- Monitors and manages customer contract compliance ensuring all SHFG obligations, SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Provides exemplary customer service to assigned client(s), proactively addressing their needs and reacting with urgency to their requests.
- Coordinate and participate in all product and service evaluations for assigned customer(s). Distribute evaluation feedback to department Managers and ensure a response is provided in a timely manner
- Works closely with the customer in determining strategies to improve products and service and coordinates proposals for new business opportunities.
- Provides support and/or leads RFP/RFI proposals up to and including contract negotiations and is a key member/leader of project launches.
- Aid in sourcing new product from various suppliers and evaluate the newly sourced product.
- Assist in the Organization and proper condition of Product Development department equipment kitchen, office and storage areas.
- Assist in setting up and tear down for customer site visits and presentations.
- Prepares and maintains detailed, accurate cost worksheets.
- Works with suppliers to organize samples for Chef and PD Team.
- Researches and utilizes cost efficient packaging for costings in conjunction with concept.
- Assists in compliance audits to evaluate products during manufacture and after delivery.
- Supports and attends industry events and tradeshows as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
