**Voici quelles seront vos fonctions**:

- Initier et contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de reporting, de revue budgétaire, d'analyse de performance et des divers rapports de gestion existants.
- Initier et contribuer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus de suivi de portefeuille et de mesure et comparaison de la performance des maisons de courtage.
- Examiner et analyser les états financiers et les budgets préparés par les courtiers.
- Surveiller et contrôler l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des données dans le traitement des systèmes internes.
- Effectuer une réconciliation quotidienne et mensuelle entre les différents systèmes et bases de données.
- Agir en tant que ressource pour encadrer et former les gestionnaires BFS.
- Coordonner et contrôler l'administration d'une base de données relationnelle et améliorer les contrôles actifs en place pour sauvegarder l'intégrité des données.
- Participer et assumer la responsabilité de projets ou de mandats spéciaux.

**Voici les exigences du poste**:

- Détenir un Baccalauréat, Maîtrise ou Doctorat en cours dans un domaine lié à la comptabilité, la finance ou tout autre domaine connexe;
- Être disponible pour travailler 35h par semaine avec nous pendant 4 mois (**6 mai au 23 août 2024**);
- Disponible pour travailler en mode hybride (2 jours au bureau et 3 de la maison)
- Doit retourner aux études à l'automne 2024 ou à l'hiver 2025 après votre stage
- Compétences en extraction / manipulation / synthèse de données
- Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
- Peut effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et gérer plusieurs priorités avec des délais serrés
- Orienté vers le client
- Peut travailler de manière indépendante ou en équipe
- Peut interagir avec des personnes à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, y compris la haute direction et les partenaires externes
- ** Bilinguisme ESSENTIEL (français et anglais). **_Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays_**
