Meat Industrial Meat Cutter

**Job Summary**:
**Main duties**:
- Cut, weigh, package, label and price meat, meat products for sale
- Suggest complementary and/or alternative meat or fish products to consumers
- Inspect the quality of meat expiry dates and ensure proper product rotation
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and proper storage of meat products.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment, displays and work area
- Receive and store merchandise in accordance with the company's established standards
- Comply with government and company health and safety standards and occupational health and safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in meat processing techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
