About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Aman Meat Shop. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim meats to prepare for processing or cutting
  • Cut, wrap, and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Weigh meats for sale and price meat products
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
  • Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work Environment

Our Meat Shop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work in a cold/refrigerated setting and be exposed to odours. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have good attention to detail.
