About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Aman Meat Shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim meats to prepare for processing or cutting
  • Cut, wrap, and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts and price meat products
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
  • Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Train meat cutters and assist with special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
