Waterloo, Canada Willow Brae Pallets Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and expand business, generate new business
- Maintain relationships with existing customer base providing exceptional customer support and retention
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide detailed monthly reports
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes and presentations
- Actively prospect in new areas
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
- Work with Operations team to ensue high levels of quality and efficiency
- Maintain price list and manage pricing strategies
- Create monthly core reports
- Assist with inventory management and reporting
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Lumber purchasing
- Estimating and preparation of spec sheets for customer requests
- Maintain Quality Control manuals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide detailed monthly reports
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes and presentations
- Actively prospect in new areas
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
- Work with staff to ensure that our product meets ISPM standards and maintain quality manual
- Maintain price list and manage pricing strategies
- Create monthly core reports
- Assist with inventory management and reporting
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Lumber purchasing
- Estimating and preparation of spec sheets for customer requests
- Maintain Quality Control manuals

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of B to B sales experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience in manufacturing/warehousing industry
- Experience in the lumber/wood packaging industry
- Thorough understanding of pallets, uses and specs
- Digitally proficient
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
