**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and design creative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to optimize budget management.
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen management techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred, with an understanding of bartending practices being a plus.
- Exceptional culinary skills with creativity in menu development and presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests alike.
