**About the Role**:
Vitacore Industries is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our incredible Strategic Planning team. Lead by the Team Lead, the Strategic Planning team plays a crucial role in the company and is responsible for many items, such as analyzing market trends, submission of documentation for proposals and grants, and plays a role in forecasting business initiatives. The successful individual will have excellent communication, is comfortable working in a rapidly changing team environment, and enjoys reviewing business information. Collaborating with multiple departments is essential for this position.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating reports on market opportunities.
- Analyzing business processes in place and creating recommendations.
- Researching and implementing software solutions.
- Coordinating logistics with suppliers and our facility.
- Communicating with other departments to uncover pain points and sharing findings with management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated individuals.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Adaptable to rapidly evolving workplaces.
- Prior experience working in a analytical or software role is an asset.
- Prior experience with persuasive writing is an asset.
