**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for an organized individual to maintain records and communication in the maintenance shop.

This role will be based out of our Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke. The Hours of Work are between 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Processing of records within company software systems, for example, work orders in CMMS
- Responsible for receiving supplies and placing them in their correct storage locations
- Maintain all records/documents/manuals in an organized manner (properly stored, labeled, marked, checked
- Assist with purchasing and expediting orders for spare parts and consumables in stores
- Acquire quotations from vendors for maintenance items required by the maintenance team
- Assist with preventative maintenance lists for new and existing assets/equipment/parts
- Responsible for keeping the shop clean and organized meeting 5S plus 1 criteria
- Assist with documentation and administrative duties to ensure all maintenance audits are met
- Assist in maintaining, executing, and upgrading the spare parts/tools/supplies inventory program to ensure a consistent adequate supply of spare parts, tools, and supplies
- Communicate with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and or suppliers.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Previous knowledge or experience using a CCMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous customer service/clerk experience preferred
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written, strong interpersonal skills
