Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales goals by turning leads into booked tours. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**: Achieve and surpass KPI targets by converting leads into booked tours, aligning clients with the perfect travel experience, and managing objections with proactive solutions.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding service to our clients and agency partners, ensuring that every interaction is professional and meaningful.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay well-informed about our tours and destinations, both old and new, ensuring you can effectively communicate this knowledge to clients. You’ll need to be proactive in learning about our offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with your team and other departments to support one-another and ensure we provide the best possible experience for our clients.
- **Multi-Tasking & Adaptability**: Balance multiple inquiries, manage your customer portfolio, assist with overflow calls, and remain organized and calm under pressure. Adapt to evolving processes and structures as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Sales Success**:Minimum 3 years of targeted sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the travel industry and personal travel experience are highly valued.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to connect with people, deliver exceptional service, and problem solve quickly and effectively to foster long-term customer loyalty.
- **Clear and Professional Communication**:Articulate, friendly, and professional across all communication platforms, with excellent grammar and clarity.
- **Self-Motivated**: Capable and comfortable in finding answers independently, staying engaged and encouraged to excel and succeed
- **Efficient**: Skilled in managing multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment while working your pipeline and chasing leads.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with computer-based booking systems and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
- **Team Player**: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports colleagues to achieve collective success.
- **Adaptable**: Resilient and able to smoothly adjust to changing priorities, processes, and targets.
- **Flexible**: Available to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings (2-3 shifts per month) as required.
- **Remote Work Requirements**: You must have a reliable internet connection and be comfortable working from home. Additionally, you should excel in managing your tasks efficiently and independently in a remote work environment.
