**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales support team to ensure seamless sales processes
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Work closely with sales management to develop and implement sales plans
- Organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a dealership environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective negotiation and sales management skills
- Experience in customer service and market analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $35,852.76-$103,024.27 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- VSA (preferred)
