Materials Coordinator

**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY**:
The Materials Coordinators' responsibilities include receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from clients and vendors, keeping records, addressing problems, procuring materials, managing inventory and shipping/receiving products. The Materials Coordinator should have good judgment skills and the ability to make decisions quickly, providing excellent service and communication. The Materials Coordinator will help support our shipping and receiving personnel. The Materials Coordinator should have excellent multitasking skills, the ability to work independently or in a group and a vast knowledge of the print service industry.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Shipping/Receiving**
- create PO, check pricing and update, and place an order with the supplier
- equip special promo & discount, update pricing, add to PO remarks
- receive and manage shipments
- manage inventory
- request for RA, credits and warranty
**Sales/Supply**
- order supplies/equipment
- provide equipment/serial #'s for billing
- support account managers
- update the internal system with new CPC & update
**Customer Service**
- support customers and techs
- entry: service calls and communication with technicians
- invoice/warranty service calls
- warranty/exchange/down machine request/follow-ups
- schedule and update installs/relocations/removals
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
You will have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time (50+ LBS). Ladder use may be needed.
**Experience**:
1+ years of relevant experience within the Print Service industry
High school Diploma or College Certificate
**Requirements**:
Driver's License in good standing, with own transportation
Work in the office environment
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
