We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the **Human Resources Coordinator **position working 3 days in our head office in Richmond BC and 2 days remotely.

**Job Summary**

The Human Resources Coordinator collaborates closely with departments and applicants across the nation, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to both our internal team members and external stakeholders. This position is essential in supporting applicants, hiring managers, and Peak team members, overseeing various people initiatives ranging from recruitment and retention to engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, evaluate and improve company’s HR policies, programs and procedures; ensure they are consistently aligned with all applicable requirements and laws.
- Provide timely support and guidance to managers on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions; participate in various HR initiatives and projects such as health and safety, employee engagement events, salary and market research, etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong passion, solid knowledge and practical experience in handling high-volume recruitment for a wide variety of positions
- Possess 3+ years of relevant experience is an asset
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office suite
- A self-starter and a naturally customer-centric team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a “yes, can do” attitude with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our team members

Compensation: starting from $58,000, depending on experience plus discretionary bonus
