For over 40 years, Equipco Ltd, a national Manufacturer Representative, has represented the highest quality manufacturers in the Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC/R industries. Our commitment is to build a strong relationship with distributors, engineers, and contractors and ensure customer satisfaction by representing quality products and providing superior service.

We are looking for a driven individual with an aptitude to learn at our Winnipeg, MB office. The position will support our national sales team across Canada in heating and hydronic-related products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide quotations and budget pricing
- Build, maintain, and foster relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractors
- Response to customer's inquiries promptly
- Takes necessary action to resolve customer service issues promptly, follow up, and verifies commitments are met
- Proactively suggests related and/or alternate products to customers
- Inform the appropriate person (within Equipco) of customer feedback regarding price, products, service, etc...
- Educate and learn other product lines represented by Equipco
- Stay current and refresh skills as necessary by attending training, seminar, and classes that relevant to the industry
- Attend industry association meetings to stay current as well as networking

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, 3 - 5 years of industry experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
- Adaptable, energetic team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Use of Microsoft Office 365

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
