Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our medical team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. Duties: - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries - Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists when necessary - Provide preventive care services, such as immunizations, health screenings, and wellness exams - Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing wounds and removing skin lesions - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care - Utilize electronic medical record systems (such as Epic or Cerner) for accurate documentation and data collection - Stay updated on the latest medical research and advancements in the field of family medicine Skills: - Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building strong doctor-patient relationships - Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions across all age groups - Knowledge of pediatric care, including well-child visits, vaccinations, and developmental screenings - Experience in pain management techniques for acute and chronic conditions - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (such as Epic or Cerner) for efficient documentation and data management - Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing high-quality care Qualifications: - Medical degree from an accredited institution - Completion of residency training in Family Medicine - Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine - Valid medical license in [state] - Current DEA registration We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
