_**Who we are**:_

The Well Medispa and Laser Clinic is currently hiring **full-time/part-time medispa/administrative assistants **in preparation for our new upcoming facility that is currently being built.

We are a **multidisciplinary clinic** with family physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, registered massage therapists, and kinesiologists.

We are looking to add a few members to our team who are confident_, self-motivated, a great communicator, multi-tasker and a team player._

We are hiring **full-time/part-time medispa/administrative assistants** for **The Well Medispa and Laser Clinic** as we are improving our current facilities and building a brand new facility.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answering routine questions regarding treatments
- Producing and organizing office documents and medical documents
- Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms
- Able to communicate accurately and effectively in English
- **Requirements**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Korean would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Korean (preferred)
